There is approximately 6,000sf (60 square) of high end slate roof shingles available in any quantity. Preferably we would like an offer from a single contractor to purchase the entire roof or at least 1/2 the roof. We will also sell individual shingles to consumers interested in them for repair or art projects.

If you are interested in any items or built ins prior to the estate sale then just call us for a quote or to make an offer. The more you take the better deal you will get. It's that simple.

 

Please note that built ins that require disassembly will need to be removed by our contractors at an additional expense unless you have a licensed contractor that can provide proof of insurance in advance and conform to our "Salvage Professionals" requirements.

Architectural salvage professionals must:

 

  • Provide proof of insurance prior to any architectural harvesting
  • Conduct all work safely and in a workmanlike manner
  • Promptly remove any architectural items with a sufficient crew to expedite the whole process.

 

The owner has requested that you only remove items while a Vestport Inc. representative is present therefore you cannot be there for days on end removing items at your leisure. Any removal schedule will have to be coordinated and stuck to in advance.
